CreatePPTX Terms of Use

Welcome to CreatePPTX (https://createpptx.com), an AI presentation generation and editing service operated by Vitoom Limited. Please read these Terms carefully. Important clauses that may significantly affect your rights are presented throughout this document.

CreatePPTX is accessible globally, but we do not currently target or market the service to any specific country or region. Mandatory consumer, privacy, or digital-service rights in your location may still apply where required by law.

If you are under 18 or lack full legal capacity, please read these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and use CreatePPTX only with their consent and supervision.

You must read, understand, and accept all terms before using CreatePPTX. If you do not agree, do not use the service. By clicking agree, registering, logging in, accessing, or continuing to use CreatePPTX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

CreatePPTX platform: refers to the website with the domain createpptx.com, the CreatePPTX web application, AI presentation generator, related APIs, and associated pages or software.

CreatePPTX services: refers to topic-based generation, document-based generation, outline drafting and revision, slide rendering, online preview, editing, project management, export/download, billing, and related functions.

CreatePPTX account: refers to the account you register or obtain to use CreatePPTX services, including guest sessions where applicable.

User: refers to any person or entity using CreatePPTX, including you.

User content: refers to prompts, uploaded files, project data, outlines, generated slides, edits, exports, and other content you submit or create through the service.

AI-generated content: refers to outlines, slide content, SVG, text, or other outputs created using CreatePPTX AI features.

Bad information: refers to content that violates laws, public order, or platform rules, including unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, violent, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or misleading content.

Scope: these Terms govern your access to and use of CreatePPTX, together with the Privacy Policy and other rules or notices published or updated by us on the platform.

Account acquisition: you may register and obtain a CreatePPTX account to use the services. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it updated.

Account information settings: account information must comply with laws, social ethics, and platform rules, and must be authentic.

Account usage and ownership: accounts are for your own use unless expressly permitted otherwise. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or authorize third-party access to your account without our consent.

Account security: you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and third-party authorization. Losses caused by your failure to protect your account may be borne by you.

Account cancellation and recycling: you may request account cancellation as described in the Privacy Policy. We may reclaim inactive accounts or accounts that violate these Terms.

Account violation handling: we may refuse registration, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in violations, abuse, fraud, or security risks.

Content browsing and use: you may browse and use CreatePPTX features subject to these Terms, applicable quotas, and product limitations. You use the service at your own risk regarding suitability for your intended purpose.

Presentation generation: CreatePPTX can generate presentation outlines and slides from topics, prompts, and uploaded documents such as PDF and DOCX files. Generated content may require your review and editing before use.

Project management and export: you may save projects, edit slides, and export outputs such as PDF or PPTX where available. Export availability may depend on account status, credits, payment, or feature limits.

Guest use: we may offer limited guest access with restrictions on slide count, upload size, project count, or export rights.

Service fees: some features require login, credits, or payment. Prices, quotas, billing rules, and unlock conditions are shown on the purchase page, checkout flow, or order confirmation.

Fee changes: we may adjust prices, quotas, or billing rules. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.

Refunds: downloaded or consumed services are non-refundable because the paid transaction is completed once the user has obtained the download, export, or consumed result. If you have purchased credits that remain unused, you may submit an advance refund request through the online user feedback system. Approved refunds for unused credits will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days, unless applicable law or payment-network rules require otherwise.

Platform statement: the CreatePPTX website, software, interface, templates, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology are owned by Vitoom Limited or relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable laws.

User content ownership: you retain ownership of user content you lawfully own, subject to third-party rights in source materials.

License to us: you grant CreatePPTX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, display, transmit to necessary processors such as Together.ai or self-hosted models, and export your user content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Restrictions: you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative competing services from the platform except as permitted by law or our written authorization.

Feedback: if you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

Breach of contract: if you violate these Terms, we may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account; remove content; cancel benefits; or pursue legal remedies. You may be liable for losses caused to us or third parties.

User responsibility: you are responsible for your account activities, uploaded content, prompts, and use of AI-generated outputs, including ensuring that your content and use comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Prohibited conduct: you may not use CreatePPTX to upload or generate unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, pornographic, exploitative, violent, misleading, malware-related, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content; violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or trade-secret rights; bypass quotas or payment controls; scrape or overload the service; attempt unauthorized access; or use the service to build a competing product by reverse engineering or systematic extraction.

Sensitive uploads: you should not upload highly sensitive personal data, regulated health or financial information, government identifiers, trade secrets, confidential business documents, or third-party proprietary materials unless you have the necessary rights and have assessed whether CreatePPTX is appropriate for that use.

Infringement complaints: if you believe content on CreatePPTX infringes your rights, submit a report through the user feedback system with sufficient information for review, including identification of the work or right claimed, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details inside the feedback submission, and a statement that the report is accurate. We may remove or restrict content where appropriate.

Associated processing: we may suspend or terminate services, withhold benefits, or cooperate with competent authorities where required by law or necessary to protect users and the platform.

Third-party services: certain features depend on AWS, Stripe, Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, Together.ai, self-hosted AI models, or other necessary infrastructure, authentication, payment, AI, or storage providers. Their terms and policies may also apply.

Service provided as-is: to the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatePPTX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free generation, or that outputs will meet your specific business, legal, educational, medical, or investment needs.

AI limitations: AI-generated presentations may contain factual errors, omissions, unsuitable wording, layout issues, or incomplete analysis. You must review and edit outputs before relying on them.

No professional advice: CreatePPTX outputs are not legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional review where your use requires it.

Exclusion of certain damages: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Liability cap: where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve (12) months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Notification of changes: we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or other reasonable means.

Effect of changes: continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using CreatePPTX.

Service changes: we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for business, technical, security, compliance, or third-party reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to reduce user impact.

Termination: we may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, abuse the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes arising from these Terms or CreatePPTX should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Clause titles are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

AI content ownership: to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in AI-generated content you create using CreatePPTX, subject to your lawful rights in source materials and applicable law.

Your responsibility: you are responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploads, and generated outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Commercial use: you may use AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes where you have the necessary rights and comply with applicable law, platform rules, and any required disclosures.

No guarantee of exclusivity: due to the nature of AI systems, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness.

Attribution and disclosure: where law, platform policy, or your use context requires disclosure that content was AI-assisted, you are responsible for providing appropriate attribution or disclosure.

AI service processing: prompts, uploaded materials, extracted document text, generated outlines, slide content, and related metadata may be processed by Together.ai and self-hosted AI models as described in the Privacy Policy. You should review AI-generated outputs before publication, distribution, or commercial use.

Platform rights: we may use anonymized or aggregated data about service usage to maintain, secure, and improve CreatePPTX, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Data collection scope: we collect account information, project data, uploaded files, prompts, generated content, billing records, and necessary technical logs as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data storage and retention: data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and operational needs.

Data protection measures: we implement industry-standard safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and least-privilege access.

Cross-border processing: depending on hosting configuration, data may be processed in Hong Kong, the United States, or other regions where AWS, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, Together.ai, or our necessary providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.

Privacy Policy: your use of CreatePPTX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information in detail.

Service level commitment: we strive to maintain high availability during normal operations, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance and interruptions: planned maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, network failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service.

Support: technical support may be available through designated contact channels during business hours. Response times may vary based on issue severity and volume.

Payment terms: service fees are charged based on actual usage, credits, or purchase options shown at checkout. Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways such as Stripe.

Credits and unlocks: some exports or downloads may require credits or one-time unlock payments. The required amount may depend on slide count, project status, or product rules displayed before purchase.

Downloaded or consumed services: once a user has downloaded, exported, unlocked, or otherwise consumed the paid service, the transaction is treated as completed and no refund is provided, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Unused credits: if you have purchased credits that remain unused, you may submit an advance refund request through the online user feedback system. After approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days, unless payment-network processing or applicable law requires a different period.

Billing disputes: billing disputes should be reported within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.

Negotiation first: parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for disputes arising from these Terms or the service.

Negotiation period: unless mandatory law requires otherwise, parties should attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days after written notice of the dispute.

Litigation: if negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong as stated in Section 8.

Force majeure events include natural disasters, war, government actions, network or infrastructure failures beyond reasonable control, strikes, epidemics, and other unforeseeable events.

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by force majeure, provided the affected party notifies the other within a reasonable time where practicable.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other published platform rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vitoom Limited regarding CreatePPTX.

Amendments must be made through updated Terms published on the platform or other written form we provide, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
